Homes you Desired, got us Inspired!

The word 'home' has a different meaning for each one of us. It is a place of self expression, a place of nurturance and sociability. It constitutes together a family and binds it closer with time. Until one does not get the particular home vibe from a location, it is next to impossible to actually settle in. For many on the other hand, converting a house into a home is a hobby and also a symbol of oneself!
Each one of us has a different need and image of our home in our minds; some want a small cozy flat and some prefer a lavish double storied bungalow set in a lush green area. These needs and demands are mostly segregated on the basis of one’s financial allowance. In today’s lifestyle where there are sudden changes in the demographics, geography and mind set of individuals, having a place where one belongs has become more of a necessity than just a status symbol!

We at Abhinav Group provide our clients with homes they have been dreaming about. Homes not just made keeping in mind their requirements and needs but carefully crafted to be just like 'the' dream home. We also made sure that the sites and locations that have been chosen for your dream home give a feeling of warmth, tranquility and security for your family and at the same time suit your pocket and put a smile on your face each time you enter your home!

The uncertainty and chaos in this stressful and pacing life,  of getting your dream home in a less crowded and peaceful place, with the perfect view and a good vibe is now no more an issue you have to deal with.
We here at Abhinav Group follow our motto “we render your dreams” till the tee. After all dreams are not confined by financial status, they just need wings to fly...

Ways to Reduce Household Waste

We all know that the city is growing and so are the problems associated with its ever increasing population. Amongst them is a major problem of dumping of waste generated in the households. The municipal corporation is trying all the various measures to reduce the dumping of waste

To help the municipal corporation in this crisis we have taken up a plan, so that we can reduce the waste for dumping.

1.      Reducing Garbage

2.      Reuse and Recycle

3.      Composting

The above mentioned are three ways which will help us keep our city Clean.
1.    Reducing Garbage

·         If we use reusable products e.g. Ban the plastics: Start carrying cloth bags instead of receiving plastic bags from every store. This will help us reduce the Waste of plastic bags. Bring along cloth bags to carry your purchases home.

·         If you tend to buy food that comes in boxes wrapped in plastic with individually-wrapped serving sizes inside, you're producing more waste than you want to. Buy food with minimal packaging, especially plastic packaging, and you'll see your garbage hill reducing.

·         Bottled water - and other bottled drinks, are a major source of waste in many places. In some places bottled water is safer to drink than tap water, but if that's not the case in your area, consider using tap water instead. You can always filter the water and refill your existing containers. Moreover drinking from a plastic bottle lying for a long time is also hazardous to health.

2.     Reuse and Recycle

·         If you have old clothing, electronics, or other items you don't want but are still in decent shape, donate them instead of throwing them out in the trash. Better they end up in a classroom or someone's closet than the landfill.

·         Durable containers can be reused a number of times before they need to go out with the garbage or recycling. Bottles, boxes and bags can all serve a second purpose

·         You need to sort plastic, glass, and paper recyclables and turn them in separately.

3.       Composting

·         Food scraps and garden cuttings don't need to be thrown out. Instead, you can compost them and turn them into rich, nutritious soil that can be used to nourish your garden.

Waste Management - City Needs

With the increase in population and the city limits, there is a critical rise in the waste generated in the city as well.
We all know that the city is growing and with this we are also facing problems with regards to the dumping of the waste generated. The municipal corporation is trying all the various measures to reduce the dumping of waste.
To help the municipal corporation in this crisis we have taken up a plan of segregation.
The waste will be classifies in to reusable, non reusable waste. The waste which includes vegetable waste and decomposable waste will be used in vermiculture. The waste like plastics and non degradable waste will be sent to the Corporation Dumping grounds and the wastes like tin cans, bottles etc. which can be used to make artifacts and craft will be used by the society. This will not only reduce the waste to be dumped but also promote craft with the kids.
With this effort we can reduce the waste to 1/3 in quantity, as 1/3 of the waste generated in the city is generated in the kitchen, which includes fruit or vegetables peels, extra food, etc. This waste can be used to for vermiculture or in organic waste management which will help in producing natural fertilizers. The other 1/3 of the waste is materials like tin-can, Bottles, etc. which can be used in craft, creating artifacts or storing articles.
